Delight and innovation are powerful words. If your design is delightful or innovative then it stands apart from everything else. People see it as different, special, unique. For the past ten years, I’ve been collecting stories of what delights people. I’ve found that what is delightful or innovative is rarely what designers or their clients expect. This talk will reset what you think of as ‘delight’ and give you some practical tips for creating delightful, innovative designs.
