Nadya Direkova

Nadya’s focus is speed of innovation. She has run over 100 design sprints to accelerate projects such as Google Self-Driving cars, Project Loon, Maps and Google Ads. She defined the Design Sprint Framework to work for large scale innovation, and founded Sprint Master Academy to train over 200 senior staff at Google to run design sprints.
